My ex used to cheat on me and wasn't very subtle about it. I'm married to my now husband and he has a new girlfriend for as long as I've been married.

We have a child together so still have to have contact. Anyway he's a disgusting human being and my daughter mentioned that he hit his girlfriend a few weeks ago. I checked online and saw that he's also cheating on her (he REALLY isn't subtle about it!!) So two weeks ago I asked him if he was still with his girlfriend. He said yes. I haven't seen her in a month or so, so I'm not sure if he's telling the truth. I could really use her statement against him to protect my daughter, but if she is still with him she obviously won't help me. Should I write her and ask her if she's still with and show her what I found online if she is still with him?

It would obviously cause a scene, but it would help me tremendously in court,to have someone else that can witness that he's a horrible person.

Don't know if I should risk or not. He could get me done for harassment if she doesn't want to hear it,right?!

What would you do?
