SO TIRED! 😭😴

We just found out last week that we are expecting twins! I have an 11 month old at home and I have been SO SICK all day and night but also extremely tired, like I feel like I’ve been drugged or something! 🙈 has anyone ever felt this way during the first trimester of their twin pregnancy? I stopped drinking coffee as soon as we found out about the twins cause I am paranoid now so maybe that has something to do with it? All I know is that I have never felt fatigue like this in my life! ANY recommendations would be great!
