Missed pill what to do?

I missed almost a week of the pill because mail order pharmacy, I started taking it and on the 3rd day I had sex he pulled out.(a week ago) Its a week before my period and I have cramps, back pain (wore the usall period) fatige, and a little breast pain should I wait to see if my period comes? I’ve also had cramps for more then a week now
