Preterm labor?😩

So I went to the hospital Monday for my son not moving much. Of course when I got there he started moving like crazy. But while I was hooked up being monitored the doctors found out I was having consistent contractions 2-3 minutes apart which continued for 4 hours. They did a transvaginal ultrasound but I wasn’t dilated so I got sent home. On Wednesday my OB did a FFT which came back positive. I got my first steroid shot yesterday and my second one today. I’m trying not to stress but I have no idea when I’m contracting. All I know is I feel a lot of pressure in the top of my bump and can’t breathe. Should I go in or just stick it out till my next appointment on Tuesday?🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
