Anterior placenta baby

I went for my 14 week ultrasound today..Dr told me I hv anterior placenta...it looked like baby was squished by placenta..I felt really bad... 💓 heartbeat was 182 at 9 weeks and now 157 at 14 weeks.. 1 month to go for anatomy scan..can anyone guess the gender...might make me feel at least a little better..and take my mind off that anterior placenta thing..
