I used Milk flow. I put it in apple juice and drank it twice a day. It helped a little but nothing drastic. Some of my friends on Facebook swore by it and said it helped them so much. I, unfortunately, didn’t get the same results 😔

Mother's Milk made my son gassy. I used Earth Mama Angel Baby milk maid tea and he was better.
