This is my second pregnancy, and it has been completely different from my first. Absolutely no morning sickness..... i was 7 weeks to the day with my first and we had our first appointment and got to hear baby's strong heart beat.... im 6 weeks 6 days and just had my appointment and the doctor tried for what felt like ever to find a heartbeat. I know im probably just overthinking it, but my mind is racing and i now have to wait 3 weeks for an ultrasound to check viability...... im spiralling in a "what if" tornado....... any help or prayers would be appreciated.
