Coming off birth control, did your skin get acne?
So I've been off birth control for about 8 months and my skin is horrible. I didn't really have acne in high school, just the occasional zit here and there. I'm in my 20s and look 12 now. I have acne on my chin, by my mouth, cheek, forehead, everywhere! I am so embarrassed.
If you did get acne, when (if at all) did it get better and how did you make it better?
