I’ve been off my period for 7 days now and not supposed to ovulate till sometime between the 30th-1st and I did an OPK tonight and the test line showed up before the control line. I’ve entered it into the app and it still says ovulation in about 7 days.. my cervical mucus is white, long and stringy (inbetween milky and EWCM) a bit different from my usual EWCM around ovulation... not sure what to go off of and trying to pinpoint when I should start my progesterone supplements? My gyno told me night of positive OPK but doing it too soon can actually stop ovulation from occurring- other doctors always say 2-3 days after positive OPK. TTC 3+ years and just trying not to screw it up😩😩 any advice? Also I literally just started charting a few days ago so I don’t have many temps recorded..
