How did you know you wanted to marry your partner ?

Answer

I honestly was unsure, but really just because I wasn’t sure what he wanted totally. It wasn’t until we had a serious conversation so we could be totally on the same page about our relationship that I knew we’re going to get married someday. Like we’d have general conversations about it at the beginning of our relationship and it’d be like “if we get married”, but we’ve been together almost 4 years now and it’s now “when we get married”. We’re not in a rush, but it’s just good to be on the same page and have some sort of timeline and assurance. You’ll never know if you don’t communicate with each other about it. And we didn’t talk about marriage like as a set future thing for us until like a few months ago.

I knew he was the one because he took my children under his wing like they were his biological kids and they 1 and 8 months old at the time now they r 9 and 8 yrs old

There just became a point where we were ready to take another step, we already viewed ourselves as married and it just felt right to make it official
