Is this a canker sore on my tongue?

Try putting alum on it! it’s gross but it does the trick, so does crushed ibuprofen

Hydrogen peroxide with some water. Mouthwash. Kanka. The salt and water one has never personally worked for me. I've had them my whole life.

I always used something called Gly-oxide. It’s an oral antiseptic. It always seemed to work within 1-2 days to get rid of it. And you can use it on more than just canker sores too. Like if I bite my lip/cheek, it helps or if I scratch my gums on something it’s a lifesaver. You can buy it at any drug store.
