3 hour cramps
I've had cramps for 3 hours straight now, and I don't know what to do, I've tried 600mg ibuprofen, and a heating pad. This is my first period since starting my Junel Fe 24 BC, and I have never had cramps like this. Usually they're so intense I can't get out of bed but they go away, these aren't as painful but are long lasting
