What did I NOT put into this stir fry?
Been on a veggie kick (thank goodness!!), and it feels so good to eat like I did before morning sickness began.
I used carrots, red onion, broccoli, snow peas, red cabbage, zucchini and yellow squash, baby corn (of what I didn’t eat straight from the can before actually adding it lol), mushrooms, and kale. I also added in leftover hot links and chicken breast cause I needed to eat them up. I used a veggie skillet packet from the organics aisle to cook and served with rice.
I can finally stomach things that are good for my body and that makes me, and by the feels of it, baby very happy. 😌
