4 weeks preg - period pains/pink spotty

Hi sorry to post on here but it won’t let me download the next <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> on my phone for me and baby. I am currently getting period pains and light pink spotting.. Feel nausea too, just wondering if this is normal x
