Tips to jumpstart weight loss
I have gain some weight in the last year (actually a lot, about 10 kg) and I seem to have problems getting it back down. I've started having some back pains lately and I believe the extra weight is probably the cause.
I know that getting to the right weight requires proper diet and exercise, and I can do that, but I also know that at the beginning it's possible to quickly loose about 2 kilos just from diet. And I kind of need that. Both to help my back and to get back into the right regime.
However, I seem to struggle with this
Rather than losing weight, it's slowly going up. My only "success" is that according to my smart scale, I managed to raise my body water from 37.2 % to 37.8 % since last month
Do you guys have any tips for a good starting plan?
