Is anybody else going through a painful break up?

I need some support, my life feels like it’s falling apart.

I am going through the same thing! I was dumped on Tuesday and feel a sense of doom at times. I gave myself 48 hours to cry/pity myself, but it is still a grieving process. Now I am trying to uplift myself with friends, exercise, and look to the future. I also watched funny youtube videos to cheer me up. I made a list of good things to come in 2019. I also really want to be with someone that is 100% sure about me, not just like 30%, because that's what I deserve. I don't have any social media but if I did, I would block him. I also put our relationship mementos in my goodwill pile. I will not reach out to him and if he contacts me I will ignore it. Why drag on the craziness? I want to move on (when ready) with someone that truly wants to be in a relationship with ME.

Hi, so very sorry breakups are painful. I hope you are focusing on what is best for you right now. Surround yourself with loved ones and close friends. Also try to unfollow your ex on any social media. Get your hair done, get your favorite take out, buy yourself that outfit you've been eyeing for a while. Take up a new hobby like going to the gym after work in the evenings. Time doesn't heal everything but it does lessen the blow. It is ok to grieve, just don't remember to live. You deserve the love you give. Best wishes and big hug!
