lower right abdominal pain after masturbation

i pleasured myself today and it was pretty intense.. after i started getting cramps and now it’s just a dull pain in my side. i took a pregnancy test, but nothing. i’m also fighting a kidney infection and have been taking antibiotics for it. i’m thinking that may be part of it.
