Should I wean my 4 month old?

Nope. Babies need as much formula as they need before 6 months. There’s a big growth spurt at 4 months so she needs the extra nutrients in her formula to help her grow. 
Her stomach isn’t ready for food until 6 months and when she is developmentally ready too. There’s no benefit to starting solids before 6 months, only risks.

It sounds like recommendations are different based on what country you live  in. In Canada its recommended to delay solids until 6 months. From 6 to 12 months you still offer formula or breastmilk first. Solids are complimentary. My baby is now 8 months, takes four 6oz bottles a day and three small meals. I usually wait 30 min to 1 hour after her bottle to give her food.

At 4 months in the UK you can start weaning your baby but should still offer formula. You start with one meal then gradually increase. 
For instance, start offering baby porridge in the morning instead of formula. Then the rest of the feeds do formula.
Though its really a case of following your baby and what your baby needs. Check with your health visitor or whatever you have.
