My fiance has always had a problem keeping a job, he is smart and very charming... but it's his inability to stop calling out. He will call out day after day, and get second chances and blow them. He used to smoke weed all day everyday. Since I got pregnant he hasn't smoked. I worked full time to support us while he when to school to get his certification for web development and then he got a job not even close to the field he wanted, he basically refused to apply for jobs he was qualified for because be wanted to study more before he applied, okay cool but it's been almost a year. Well he got this job and he was in training for 4 months and then got his PTO. Well he called.out multiple times in training which got him a verbal. When he was put of training, he was getting called the n word over the phone and he hung up. His managers wrote him up and he was put under review and yesterday they fired him! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and about to only have 60% of my income and I am freaking out. Were broke already because his last check was short from calling out. I just dont know what to do and I am panicked all the time.... any one got any advice?
