I’ll be turning 45 this year, in October. If I get a positive this month I’ll possibly be having an October baby.

In all honesty though, it scares me. What test should I have done if I do get pregnant? What do I ask? What are the possibilities? The real risks?

I realize there are women older than me having perfectly healthy babies, but the other side of the coin is scary.

For those of you that have conceived and carried to term in your 40’s, do you have any insight to share?
