I keep changing my pantyliner every time I pee (sometimes I just use tissue on top so I don’t have to change it as often) and it has helped to curb the rash and the yeast output.. But yea, my doctor said it is normal to have it. I am prescribed probiotic TS6 that I have to drink twice a day.
