I take my multivitamin (switching to prenatal this week) as well as Fish oil, Magnesium, a probiotic, Raw zinc, D3, MK-7(helps D3 go where it needs too), and Iron the week leading up to and during my period. My plan is to continue taking these supplements while pregnant too, of course with my doctor's approval on dosages.

I take one a day prenatal with the DHA pill, as well as CoQ10.

I take a prenatal called Conception which has extra supplements like Vitex and Myo-inositol which helps me with my PCOS. Because I’m taking that particular kind, I don’t take anything extra with it. 
If I were taking a normal prenatal, I would probably add the other supplements.
