I need your help

So I’m 10 days late no sign of af. Also last night started spotting and then today nothing. I took 3 pregnancy tests one at 10 dpo another the day af was supposed to show and again at 5 days late all BFN. I do opk test and it shows was peak/positive on day 19 Jan 2. We bd everyday near there. Is it possible I ovulated late?
