Tiny contractions vs baby moving
Does anyone get confused on what is actual pain from contractions and then what is just the baby moving around and not having any room? I just can’t decide if I’ve had contractions or not... I have immense vaginal pressure and even rectal pressure.. but the other uncomfortable stuff just seems like the baby making me feel uncomfortable when moving. Kind of confusing. I’m 38.4 weeks
