Am I out this month

The day I ovulated I got a major cold! Sore throat, body aches, and coughing. I read online that can stop a woman for conceiving I think ovulation was the reason for me getting a cold. I feel better now but I’ve been taking cold medication. I took a opk test and used preseed but I can’t help but think I’m still out this month!
