Looking for women with similar experience

Brittany • 2yr old daughter, 1 👼 baby, and currently prego with a baby girl

Currently 7 weeks 1 day, just looking for a glimmer of hope. I'm driving myself crazy thinking about what could happen. I have been an emotional mess. I want to hear from women that went through similar things, good or bad.

It's a little long, but here it goes.

Jan 16th: I went to the ER for severe pain in my stomach, upper part. They think it was from throwing up or severe acid reflux. I have a high pain tolerance and it had me doubled over. Since then I haven't had it. They did blood work (hcg 5000 something) and they did an ultrasound to make sure the baby was in the right spot. They said I was 5w5d, they said they found a heartbeat, but it was only 90. The obgyn I saw after this trip to the ER, told me the earliest you can pick up a heart beat is 5w5d, so he didn't really believe it, plus he wasn't able to see the actual ultrasound. So I left and was told to have an ultrasound in two weeks to check on baby. So I have one scheduled for Jan 31st.

Jan 23rd: Was at work, when I went to the restroom and noticed some blood when I wiped, I wasn't in any pain tho. The blood was mostly brown with a little pink in it, it was only when I wiped.... Called my doctor, they told me to come in to triage to get checked out. As soon as I got there they did an ultrasound, on this day I was suppose to be 6w5d. They said they couldn't see or hear a heartbeat. They ran blood work to check HCG, they sent me home because it was late and told me they would call me the next day. my previous number was 5000 something, this time 11000 something. The nurse called me and told me, but also said it should've doubled at least twice since there was a week difference. They are keeping my ultrasound for Jan 31st, since my levels did go up.

Today: 7w1d: currently I have no bleeding, I noticed some brown spotting yesterday morning, but doc wasn't concerned, said it could of been left over from Wednesday...

Like I said I'm looking for some input, maybe even a glimmer of hope that our baby is going to be ok...

Here's a pic I got of the ultrasound they did on the 23rd. She zoomed in and told me that she thinks that white thing is the baby.
