Toddler nightmares?

The past week or so my toddler has been waking up screaming and kicking and crying. 
I assume she’s having bad dreams, but she will literally do it 3-4 times a night. 
Any suggestions of what to do? I don’t even know what her bad dreams could be! Running out of cookies?! Haha. 
She doesn’t even remember doing it in the morning.

Sounds like night terrors. They start showing up most commonly around 3-5 years old. Most kids grow out of them, but you should mention it to the pediatrician.

It’s night terrors Hun my son is nearly 4 and been having them past couple months it’s horrible seeing him so upset but I give him a cuddle and put him back to bed.. it’s just a phase they go through it’s very common..
