Period or implantation bleeding?

Long story short,

Had sex January 7th,

My period is 3 days late,

No symptoms mocking pregnancy,

I had a light pink discharge yesterday and I’ve been expecting Aunt Flo and there’s nothing today, no pink discharge, no period nothing.

Is this a chance that the implantation bleeding just now occurred?

It’s almost been 20 days and everything I’ve read basically states implantation bleeding would have occurred like last week but every body is different I get that. Any feedback would be great
