So I have been having very bad chest pains since January 4th and it is currently January 26. It has been where my breast bone is and on my left side like above and under my boob and down my left arm. I went to the Doctor and they told me I have costochondritis, which is where the cartilage around my breast bone is inflamed and sends shooting pains and stuff. Well anyways they told me to take aleve twice a day and use a heating pad/or ice to calm down the pains, BUT NOTHING IS WORKING. The pains use to be like once a day or even once a week now it’s non stop all day. So what should I do????
