Keto and Hypothyroidism
Has anyone on here been successful with the keto diet while taking medication for hypothyroidism? I decided to start keto on the 31st of December but ive struggled a bit. I know consulting my doctor would be my best option when starting any diet but I'm just curious if anyone has been successful with keto with hypothyroidism.
