Am I having contractions?

I’ve been having non stop pain since 6:30 this morning. It’s worse at times. My lower back and upper legs are now killing me but it’s not unbearable. Idk if I should call my doctor. I’m 36 weeks.

No bloody show or proper contractions though 
Think I may be in slow labour
