Heavy period who can relate?

I've always had to wear an 8 hour pad and a super plus tampon. Changing the tampon every 30 minutes because its full and there's blood on the pad. I just started yesterday and last night I wore 2 pads and a super plus tampon made sure to do it RIGHT before I went to sleep so its all new and can hold all of the blood but I still woke up with blood on the bed and everything full the entire 2 pads were red. I cry sometimes because its just to much to deal with to much blood im tired of being a girl 😭
