Blood clot or miscarriage? HELP!

Advice? I just got off my period last Tuesday and today is Saturday. I started again yesterday but today I’ve had the biggest thing fall out of me. I felt like I pooped in my pants. My local health center is closed today and I don’t have insurance. I’m not cramping as bad as I usually do, but there are slight cramps. Just want to have possible answers to ease my mind until I can go see a doctor.

Even if it’s just a clot it shouldn’t be that big. I would go get it checked out ASAP

You can take a pregnancy test and if it was a miscarriage it would still be positive. Weird that you just had your period though. Even if it’s just a clot that thing is massive!! I would go get checked either way

Update: went to the hospital and got an ultrasound and bloodwork. Everything came back normal, and I was sent home. They told me it was an “irregular period” and everything is fine. prescribed me Naproxen
