SUPER Heavy Bleeding??

So I was with my boyfriend two days ago and we had sex a couple times, like usual, no big deal. But the next day I started bleeding like I had my period, which is strange cuz I'm not supposed to get it for another two weeks. THEN this morning i wake up to an absolute crime scene, and i mean blood dripping down my legs past my knees, and a puddle in my bed... I got an IUD a few months ago but i'm not sure if that is what's causing this or not??? Help???
