My 5 1/2 month old son has a white hard bump where his circumcision was and it’s very very very red and irritated. I can’t touch it without him crying in pain. His pediatrician had told me to not pull the extra skin down at all (even to wash). I do very lightly pull down a little bit a couple of times a day. His urologist told me to do it so I can wipe around it to keep it clean. So I don’t know what I should be doing. Well I just talked to his pediatrician and all he told me to do was put Vaseline on it and wipe it. I can’t wipe it because it hurts him so bad. And it looks infected. Has anyone else’s baby had this?
