Insurance question

I haven’t had insurance for myself just because of the expense and I “luckily” don’t have any medical conditions or get sick very often. So it has worked best for me right now. However I just found out I am pregnant so obviously I need care for my pregnancy and our care after birth. I just need advice on what I should look into. My fiancé and I are not married yet, so I feel like it would be helpful to have the benefits from Medicaid especially while pregnant. It would obviously be much more expensive if I found another agency for health insurance. My fiancé and I both work but neither of our employers offer insurance unfortunately. I just need some advice!
