I was sitting on my couch relaxing and suddenly I started seeing dark spots as if I was staring at the sun and then looked away.. and then no more then 2 minutes after that started my left hand went numb feeling. It wasn’t tingling but it felt like it was asleep almost.. nothing I was doing would have caused that.. my face also felt hot like when you get embarrassed and your face turns red.. it was completely random.. does anybody have any ideas what this could have been. About 15 minutes later it went away and left me with a headache..
