Trusting Birth Control
Hi ladies! I’m looking for advice on how to trust my birth control method. I had the pill for 2ish years and never had an issue yet I still always worried I’d be one of the unlucky few that got preg. Then I switched to the IUD and I know it’s even MORE effective but yet I’m still convinced pregnancy will happen to me. Any advice on how to better trust and rely on your bc method?
