i been cramping mild on my lower abdomen, and i notice only one time a brown discharge on my underwear no period , I’m so for period in 5days still , and been super sore from my bresast for two days straight. I also noticed milk on both of my breast when I squeeze, I’m 10dpo and

did pregnancy test but was negative has anyone had this
