I have irregular periods due to both PCOS and Endometriosis and I also have a Positive ANA and several autoimmune conditions that make my period fairly irregular (14-60 Days).

So took an ovulation test at 6dpo and it showed that I was still measuring at between 0.1-0.2 on the app I use. Just before I went out this morning I did another one at 7dpo. It showed this time that I’m measuring between 0.38 and 0.44. Are these accurate at detecting early pregnancy? Do I need to get a hpt? Or am I about to ovulate again? TIA!
