Could this mean Pregnancy?

I have irregular periods due to both PCOS and Endometriosis and I also have a Positive ANA and several autoimmune conditions (SLE, Scleroderma And Fibromyalgia to name a few) that make my period fairly irregular (14-60 Days cycle length).
I was placed on Prednisone just after ovulation this cycle due to a SLE discoid flare up.
So took an ovulation test at 6dpo and it showed that I was still measuring at between 0.1-0.2 on the app I use. Just before I went out this morning I did another one at 7dpo. It showed this time that I’m measuring between 0.38 and 0.44. Are these accurate at detecting early pregnancy? Do I need to get a hpt? Or am I about to ovulate again? TIA!

LH fluctuates all throughout your cycle and is almost always going to show at least a faint line. It’s possible that tests can mistake HCG for LH, but since it’s also totally normal to have LH present at all times that really doesn’t tell you anything. Have to get an actual hcg test.
