My paper said the same thing. That's just how they bill for the growth ultrosound.

I think it’s just a reason that they give your insurance for the ultrasound, basically so it seems that it was necessary so that they will pay it. My doctor likes to always get a growth measurement before birth so they have an idea so she bills the insurance the same way and says they suspect baby is smaller/larger than normal. If they just ordered an ultrasound for no reason insurance wouldn’t cover it.
