It seems like lately while my periods do pick up pretty quickly after I started spotting, near the end of my period when they get lighter I spot for sometimes three days. The spotting obviously lessens as days pass But I’m trying to figure out if I should be counting those spotting days as actual period Days or not. So do any of you spot for a couple days before you start bleeding heavier and then spot for a couple days or more at the end of your period? Do you count those days as period Days or no?
