My 2.5 year old has had this rash for almost a week. It’s only by his mouth, nowhere else. It doesn’t seem to bother him at all and I’ve asked him if it hurts or itches and he says no. He hasn’t tried anything new or any new soaps or anything that i can think of. I’ve tried giving him Benadryl hoping if it was an allergic reaction it would help clear it up, but it didn’t. I’m thinking of taking him to a walk in tomorrow, or just waiting till Monday to call his doctor. Any ideas what this could be??? I’m freaking out now that it’s been this long and not clearing up. I feel like it’s getting worse.

He’s also been inside pretty much this whole week minus a quick trip to the grocery store and back. So i wouldn’t think it’s from the cold.
