Honestly nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wanted the baby , I knew what its going to be like: No sleep/not eating sometimes/no shower something/messy hair or room/no relationship with BF/ lots of stress but who cares about all that

Was surprised about all the opinions. Had no idea everyone would "know" what's best for my child. And how horrible and useless those comments sometimes make you feel.

None of the above. What surprised me the most was how hard it was to simply feed her. She was originally breastfed and would eat so frequently that it was impossible for me to go anything else. And then she had severe pain from colic and tried to compensate with eating but I was instructed not to within an x amount of time because feeding frequently made acid reflux worse. And having to hear her scream and not be able to do anything was the worse. I'd just rock her and push her in her stroller for hours at a time. And then my supply drastically dropped and we struggled with finding a formula that worked for her. More screaming from pain and now a lot of throwing up too. She lost so much weight she almost had to be hospitalized. This was my second baby and I was in no way prepared for any of this. It definitely surprised me the most

All of the above. 
The ever changing sleep schedule sucks. It sucks because I haven’t slept in bed in weeks. 
It’s hard bc I feel like we have grown apart but I know it’s just because we are on different schedules. 
Intimacy is next to impossible right now. Since I have a baby with colic and a formula allergy she screams 24/7. 
We never fight but the constant baby crying has tested our patience with each other more than anything bc we are both frustrated.
Having s baby seemed a lot more simple than it had turned out to be and I’m only 5 weeks in.
