My step mom does reflexology, she did it on me from 37 weeks onward. I ended up having to be induced 😔 my boy was stubborn

Not heard of reflexology to kick start labour as you can have it done from 12 weeks which I doubt they would allow if it could induce early labour. I had it done at 16 weeks for relaxation purposes. Acupuncture is what they can do to help kickstart labour which is recommended from 38 weeks

A massage therapist st my work says the feet and ankles are meh- she said in massage school they teach don’t touch a pregnant woman at all behind her knees- so try that!
