Ovary pain?

Hello,
Is anyone else experiencing right side ovary pain? It doesn’t happen all the time but it does happen randomly specially when emptying the bladder.
I am currently 21 weeks! I go to my OB this week but wanted to ask in case I need to call on Monday.

I was hoping that my monthly aches and pains would be gone during my pregnancy. No such luck. I have aches and pains all over my abdomen: sharp pains and dull aches. Ah well. At least now there's a really GREAT reason for them. 😊

I get round ligament pain in the area where the ovaries are/used to be. I think the ovaries migrate during pregnancy. Haha

I had a pain there, kind of sharp? To me, it felt exactly like when I had a cyst ovaries. OB said it was round ligament pain
