Stomach pains and Nausea

I need help!! I’ve been worried for a couple days. I’m about to start my period in a week or less and the last 2-3 days I’ve been having horrible stomach pains, nausea and cramp-like feeling in my stomach... (TMI diarrhea too) are those just part of pre-period symptoms or this there something wrong with me????
