Could I still be pregnant??

I had a “ incident “ while I was taking antibiotics. Yes I screwed up I’m not looking to get a lecture 😑.. I should be on my period.. but I’m not “ bleeding “ there is blood sometimes when I’m wiping like I’ve been spotting but not all the time. Would there be no blood at all if I was pregnant or should I be going to get a test lol

I’m not 100% but I thought the antibiotics situation where it messed with birth control was fixed. I believe I read it only interacts with the Yaz one. 
I also just googled a little and it says “rifampin” is the antibiotic to watch out for. However, Amoxicillin is usually the go to antiobiotic that is prescribed so you’re probably okay.  
The small bleeding could be cause from whatever you’re taken the antibiotic for or from sex or a sign of a period to come.

Get tested and if it’s like a lightish pink very fair red it’s implantation bleeding that how I knew I was pregnant
