Tender bump?

Question

I’m 39w2d and my lower abdomen is tender to the touch, I’ve been having inconsistent contractions but my tummy under my belly button is very sore to the touch and almost numb feeling? Should I worry? I was at the hospital yesterday for decreased fetal movement but they never said anything about the tenderness. I’m a FTM so I’m kind of worried. Advice would be great!

I just went to OB Screening 2 nights ago for tenderness near my belly button turns out I have an umbilical hernia. Maybe ask them to check you for that next time you see your doctor. Its caused by a separation in the abdominal lining.

Mine is the same, and I don’t even feel contractions all I feel is back pain and lots of pressure... hospital keeps sending me home bc my contractions aren’t close enough for them to think they should keep me... but lots of this watery but yet sticky discharge keeps coming out of me (TMI Ik) this is my first pregnancy with going into labor on my own, my first was induced at 36 weeks due to health problems so I never felt the actual contractions or what it was like to actually start labor normal they gave me the epi as soon as the cramping pain started and that’s all I ever felt ... but now it’s like my back is on a bed of needles or nails and I have this really bad cramps but they last like 3-4 mins and then slack off there’s no actual pain pain but lots of discomfort and pressure... any advice would help out a lot... I’m 3 1/2 if not 4 cm dilated and they won’t keep in they watch me for an hour r 2 the most then send me home

My belly is also tender but around my belly button. I also feel like someone has kicked me in the crotch a 100 times
